PARAGON BLACKTOP & ASPHALT PATCH is a blended mixture of slow cure liquid asphalt (SC800) meeting the ASTM D-2026 specifications; and aggregate composition and grading meeting Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction 1988 for Class D2 Asphalt Concrete.
